My golden rod digital wireless monitor does not display any data. Help!

It is possible that the units are not on the same channel or you have receiver too close to an electrical device that can interfere with it. If checking those does not help, please contact Lockdown customer service.

I bought one of these this spring. It is not working. Replaced the batteries. Still does not read inside temp.What do i need to do?
