This barrel can be used to convert a Gen 3-4 Glock 23 to .357 Sig, you will also need to use Glock 32 .357 magazines.

My Gen 4 G23 appears to have the same follower as the G32, mine is only a few years old. I believe I read that Glock had updated the follower at some point. My Gen 4 G23 mags work just fine with this barrel. I've had no issues at all and all I did was drop the barrel in, everything else is factory G23.

All you need to swap is the barrel, the G23 magazines are identical to G32 mags since the 357 is just a necked-down 40 S&W. Recoil springs and small parts are also the same in both models.
