Bought the threaded barrel &amp; it ran flawlessly for ~100 rnds, &amp; then I was getting FTF every few rnds. Used 230gr FMJ the whole time. Any suggestions?

You would need to contact the manufacturer or seek the advice of a qualified gunsmith to diagnose what could be happening to prevent proper function. It could be a slew of reasons, worn extractor, worn recoil spring, grip tension, proper magazine seating, magazine springs or followers worn etc.
