Lone Wolf states that it is designed for use in Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glocks. The Lone Wolf Arms Glock 22/31 9mm Threaded Conversion Barrel may work fine in a Gen 5 Glock 22, however, Lone Wolf states the following regarding the recoil spring assembly. "Using this barrel in a Generation 4 Glock may cause malfunctions while using the standard Glock recoil spring assembly. For best results, install a 9mm Glock recoil spring."
