The Lonza EGM-2 BulletKit, CC-3162, consists of EBM-2 Basal Medium + EGM-2 SingleQuot Kit. This is from Lonza FAQ:
While the complete formulation of all of Lonza’s specialty media are proprietary, the EBM™, EBM™-2, and EBM™ phenol red free basal media as well as the EBM™ Complete Media will all contain d-glucose (dextrose) [CAS number 50-99-7] at exactly 1.0 g/L (5.55 mM). There are no other sugars added to these media in the supplements which accompany these basal media (EGM™ SingleQuots™ Kit, EGM™-MV SingleQuots™ Kit, EGM™-2 SingleQuots™ Kit, and EGM™-2MV SingleQuots™ Kit) other than the sugars which may be found naturally in the undefined components (bovine brain extract and fetal bovine serum).
Lonza EGM-2 contains 500 ml of Endothelial Basal Medium-2 (EBM™-2 Medium) and growth supplements. If there is Glucose, it will be in the Endothelial Basal Medium-2 which is proprietary, you must contact Lonza at 800-521-0390 for this information.
