Do these sights glow in the dark? Are they visible at night? Do they have tritium in them?

These are not tritium night sights, so they will not glow at night. They will depend on collecting ambient light for the fiber optic rods to be visible.

The LPA dovetail will most likely not fit your Springfield 1911. You will most likely need a GI dovetail sight to replace your rear sight.
