Is there a zero stop?

It does not have a zero stop, but it will reset to zero by lifting the turret "higher" than the lift required to adjust.

That has a 1/10 Mil aiming dot at 18x. As for mount fitment, please contact us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with the make, model, and caliber of your rifle, as well as which mount you have, and we can determine fitment.

It is a 0.1 MIL dot so it is approximately a 0.34 MOA dot.
