Can you shoot a 5.56 through a .223 barrel?

The stainless steel bull barrels should only be used with 223 ammo as the leade throat area is cut to those dimensions for accuracy reasons.

The 223 uppers are cut and made for 223 only to keep the accuracy as high as possible.
