Of coarse it will

Both MIL SPEC and COMMERCIAL fit any lower. It is the butt-stock that will need to be specific. The threads are the same size and diameter but outside diameter is different on the tube.

Mil spec is 7075 aluminum
Commercial is 6061 aluminum

Google the differences mainly cost, commercial made to be cheaper to produce as some mil specifications deemed unneeded for non battle rifles.
