what does "need GT-CUP" mean?

If you want to attach a push button sling swivel to the stock you will need a Grovtec threaded base cup sold at Optics Planet under that product code number GT-CUP.

The trigger pull on the Mark 12 barrel kit is a standard Mil-spec pull the is between 5-8 pounds generally.
