If your LED upgrade works with your D-Cell Maglite currently, it will work with this switch replacement, it is identical to the existing switch. The allen wrenches are included.

Please not, as per my previous response (long-time Maglite owner, taken a few apart and successfully reassembled): It's a matter of the locking collar. Do whatever you can to find and keep the original ones, from back before they changed inside head and barrel diameters. The "new" Xenon bi=pin bulbs come with a retaining collar that has a larger "lip" on the inside top. This is designed to keep a better hold on the plastic base for the "new" style bulbs.
