The Magpul Industries ASAP Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point does not require any additional hardware to install on you rifle. It is designed to work with one-point type slings with snap hook style attachments such as the Magpul Paraclip and MS3 Sling GEN2.

I have an A2 stock AR 15 and want to use this ASAP sling plate. Which Magpul stock would you recommend to replace the A2 stock?

You can essentially use any Magpul stock of your choosing. Some of the more popular options are the Magpul MOE and Magpul ACS-L. I will link some of my recommendations below.

These are made to fit onto Mil-Spec buffer tubes on the AR-15.

It is not intended for that firearm, but since it uses a similar buffer tube it may fit.
