Yes, however due to the wide array of AK variants, there is always the possibility that some minor fitment could be required.

Doubtful. I ordered this handguard for a new Zastava NPAP M70 that still had it's OEM handguard installed. The Magpul lower hand guard was 1. too short by about 3/16-1/4" and 2. the tab on the bottom on the hand guard that is supposed to insert into the receiver was much too large. I toyed with the idea of using my Dremel to reshape that tab, since the Magpul is a polymer product, but when I noticed how short it was compared to my OEM lower hand guard, I just sent it back.
