The Magpul Industries MOE Rifle Stock for AR-15/M-16, Mil-Spec will work with Mil-Spec Carbine buffer tubes. The CMMG MK47 uses the CMMG RipStock buffer and brace which is not compatible with aftermarket stocks. If you have a CMMG MK47 rifle you would need to replace the buffer tube with a Mil-Spec Buffer Tube for the Magpul Industries MOE Rifle Stock for AR-15/M-16, Mil-Spec to fit.

it absolutely does fit the CMMG fastback buffer tube. the fastback buffer tube is mil-spec just make sure you get the mil-spec version of the Magpul stock. The great thing is, the fast deploy feature still works with the Magpul stock. there are several CMMG videos on YouTube that will confirm this.
