Will this attach directly to the Magpul MOE SL carbine stock or is there another part that I would need to purchase for ths application?

It will attach directly to the QD hole of the MOE SL Carbine Stock.

Does it tighten down someway? Or is it also just a QD with a different attachment point for the sling? I want to get away totally from push button qd’

Yes, it is fixed in place after tightening. No movement. You have to unscrew it to get it off.

Can this be useed on the shallow integrated qd hole on my aluminum handrail?
