The Armalite DEF15 has a gas block with a picatinny rail, this sight will attach to it, however may not be the proper height as many gas block rails are lower than the receiver picatinny rail.

It will work... and then promptly melt when you decide to fire more than a few rounds in a short time span. Polymer sights are a no go on a gas block rail.
