No, this will not come with the things needed to attach a light, but a picatinny light mount could be mounted to this piece and most light mounts will come with everything needed to use the mount.

It comes with 4 screws and 2 t-nuts, 2 of the 4 screws and the 2 t-nuts are for mounting it to an m-lok rail. The other two larger screws are for mounting a light to the mount, the light must be compatible with the surefire scout series, streamlight HLX, 1 and 2 models are also compatible.
