Yes. The 107r has a stamped receiver and uses a standard AKM handguard so this product should be good to go.

The Arsenal SLR 107R appears to be a Bulgarian style AK, thus it should fall under the "Standard Stamped 'Euro'" in the items description. I wish I could help more but these facts are all I can offer.
