If your Hi-Point has a 1/2x28 thread pitch, yes.

Will this work on a PTR 9c? Will I need a different crush washer? The PTR is 1/2 X 28 thread.

Yes it should work. And if the crush washer does not work. Then get some shims as a back up just in case.

As long as it barrel threads are the same 1/2x28 it should work.
