Yes, you can change the caliber. Gavintoobe on YouTube has a great video going over the process. You will need the correct components if they differ in size than what came with your machine. Mark 7 actually sells a Caliber Conversion Kit that contains a Shellplate, Case Feed Ram, and Case Feed Adapter. Case Feeder, Bullet Feeder, priming and powder funnel conversions are also sold separately. It's also recommended that you purchase a second tool head so you don't need to dial in your dies after every change. You only need to verify nothings moved after changing out the tool head. I will point out that if you have the auto drive with any of the sensors, you'll need to recalibrate each sensor when performing a caliber conversion.
