will this fit a Colt commander 4.25"?

Yes, the Master's Holsters Cross-Draw OWB Holster will be compatible with your 1911. The 4" model is open ended and will allow your slide/barrel to poke slightly out of the end. You can also use the 5" model which will leave some excess room as the base of the holster.

Will this holster fit a 2 in. Taurus 856 (6-round)? What about a Ruger SP 101?

The Master's Holsters Cross-Draw OWB Holster will most likely not work with either of those revolvers. The holsters at the link below will fit a Ruger SP101 and might also work for the Taurus 856.

The Master's Holsters Cross-Draw OWB Holster for the Smith & Wesson J-Frame Revolver 2in should also be compatible with your LCR. MPN:7700BLK (Black), and MPN:7700BRN (Brown).
