Yes, the Matador Arms Mag-X SIG Sauer P320 Conversion Caliber is compatible with Mil-Spec AR15 lowers and 9mm upper with a Glock-cut bolt.

The Matador 9 will work. You can fire it with the brace /stock folded. Just don't try the Matador nines on a PSA av9 lower with scorpion mags they will absolutely not fit. I prefer the strike industries folders.
