So...I ordered one of these for a new build. Is this not meant for a standard G19 frame? Test fitting, it sits 1/16" too short.

Is it a bare stainless steel slide? If yes then does it have a clear coat to protect from the elements? If no then is it a cerakote finish¿?

The Matrix Arms MX19 Delta Pistol Slides have a DLC coating that will protect them against wear and corrosion.

Is this a complete slide for drop in and go¿? or do you need to buy the inner parts and assemble it¿?

The Matrix Arms MX19 Delta Pistol Slides are just a stripped slide. So you will need all the internals purchased separately.

These Matrix Arms MX19 Delta Pistol Slides will not work with a Gen 5 Glock 19. However, the Glock 19 slides at the link below will work for Gen 5 Glock 19's.

It is not complete, it does not fit holosun optic, and it does not come with an optic cut cover plate.

will this fit a Buris fast fire 3 optic ?

No. The Burris FastFire 3 uses a Noblex/Docter optic mounting footprint while this Matrix Arms MX19 Delta Pistol Slide is cut for optics that utilize the Trijicon RMR mounting footprint.
