This will not fit a milspec lower. This is only compatible with the Sig Sauer MPX.

Use a KNS 1913 adapter, as long as your upper does not require a buffer weight, buffer spring, and buffer tube, this will work on any mil-spec lower.

So basically either a sig mcx, or brownells brn 180
