This will not fit a milspec lower. This is only compatible with the Sig Sauer MPX.
No, the Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock is only compatible with the MPX, and MPX K via the 1913 interface. The receiver between the MPX and MCX is different and would not allow for proper functionality of the sliding stock.
The Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock for SIG MPX cannot be installed on the Sig MCX. There is a Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock for SIG MCX but we currently do not have it available.
The Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock for SIG MPX will not work for the Sig MCX.
Yes, the Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock for SIG MPX will work with a Sig MPX Copperhead.

No. The Maxim Defense Industries CQB Stock is designed to fit the Sig MPX only. It does not attach to a standard 1913 picatinny rail. It is proprietary to the MPX.
It appears that this would be compatible with your setup. The only possible issue would be the distance between the rods, but they should be low enough to be out of the way. Also the blending with the lines of your adapter, as this is designed to match the MPX.
Late reply, but no. The MCS has a forward assist which blocks the right side from collapsing. I mean, it would fit, but it wouldn't collapse.
