The difference between this PDW and the CQB is PDW is older and CQB is the newer model

The cqb has 2 qd mounts on the side. The pdw has one underneath. The cqb has set screws to set a stop, the pdw does not. The pdw and cqb are the same size collapsed but the pdw extends out .75-in longer.
