I have the outlier chassis system will it work with that? Im assuming if it does it would need carbine to carbine correct? — 1 Answer

As long as it's meant to accept standard mil-spec buffer tubes, it should work; minor fitting may be required. It goes chassis side first, which appears to be carbine, and if you are running a carbine buttstock, then carbine to carbine would work.
