Does this include the RRS clamp as pictured in the RRS double pull version of the Ckye-Pod? If not that should be clearly stated in the description.

The Ckye pod RRS version does not come with the clamp, it just comes with the RRS plate. You will need to purchase an RRS Compatible head separately.

The RRS-SC-LR is discontinued and from my understanding is the only unit that the RRS attachment head works with. Does anything else work with the RRS

The RRS interface is an older design, that fit the popular SC-LR clamp and will only be compatible with that same style interface.

Who makes the BTC mount and the sling mounts and where can they be purchased?

The BTC mount is made by RRS, and which sling mounts are you referring to? If you mean the CKYE Pod, is it made by us, but they are very different bipods, and there is no option to change to a sling mount.

can this be purchased with the RRS mount that attaches to picatinny or Arca rail?

The RRS version CKYE Pod requires a separate clamp such as the SC-LR to work on Picatinny or ARCA. However, the BTC version has a clamp that does both.
