I have a Winchester Model 70 SA .223 Caliber in Heavy Varmint Barrel. Will this fit in this chassis?

Yes, this should fit, you would just need to use the MDT .223 magazine (or any AICS compatible .223 magazine).

No, that caliber is not compatible with this short action chassis.

This is just the core chassis, the stock, forend, and grip are not included. They are sold separately.
