A 223 AICS magazine is the correct choice for 300 Blackout in the Ruger American Ranch. As long as your rifle has an AICS pattern magwell, it should accept our .223 magazines. That said, there can be feeding/reliability differences between polymer and steel magazines in Ruger American actions specifically. We recommend the steel MDT 10-round .223 AICS magazine for the most reliable feeding experience.
