What if DNZ mount rail and not picatinny rail on rifle , can still mount It MV3 Elegronic level?

AI Answer

Answered by OpticsPlanet AI, on October 02, 2026

The Send iT MV3 is designed to work with Picatinny and Weaver rails via its included mount, and its modular boss with 5 tapped holes can accept other compatible mounts, but I am not sure if it is compatible with a DNZ mount specifically.

Can this model be mounted vertically? Or is horizontal the only option?

AI Answer

Answered by OpticsPlanet AI, on September 23, 2026

Yes, the Send iT MV3 automatically detects and orients itself to whatever position it is mounted in, and its modular mount also accepts accessories like the LRA 90 degree bracket, so it is not restricted to horizontal-only mounting.

Correct, you will just need to loosen the 2 screws that attach the mount to the unit, flip the send it around, and reattach the screws.

How many slots does it take up to mount it on a picatinny rail? Or does it require slots at all?

Manufacturer Answer

We recommend two open slots side by side, but we do have other mounting options available as well.
