Will this sight fit SP101 in 9mm without drilling

The front sights on Ruger SP-101's use a roll pin. You just need a hammer and punch to drift it out and install the new sight.

Are there matching rear sights to with this front sight for the sp101?

Unfortunately, the blade style rear sight of the SP101 isn't something there is a matching replacement for.

Does the P89 model also fit the P85? Another tritium sight manufacturer, that is also available through Optics Planet, sells a model that fits both.

Yes, the P89 model should fit the P85, P85 Mark II and P89.

Some night sights will fit the LCR .38/.357 models but not the LCR 9mm or 22lr models. Will this fit the LCR 22lr?

The LCR sights are a universal fit. LCR .38/357 sights mounted to LCR22 or LRC9 will have a point of impact shift down as much as 5" when fired at a 15 yard target, hence the "non-fitment". These will fit the LCR 22, but there will be a mild shift in point of impact.
