What is the moa of the outer ring in the bullseye reticle? Is the center dot of the bullseye still 2 moa?

What is the difference between the pro v2 red dot and the true dot red dot? Do both have aluminum hoods?

The Tru Dot has a shortened polymer hood as opposed to the Pro Model with an elngated aluminum hood. The Pro model is milspec.
