The Meprolight MEPRO RDS PRO Red-Dot Sight mounts to a picatinny rail. So if you have a picatinny rail on your Mossberg Shockwave you could mount the Meprolight MEPRO RDS PRO Red-Dot Sight to it.

So my in the cart description shows reticle is bullseye,300blk and 2moa. Does this pro model have multi reticle capability?

No it does not. 2 MOA dot is the reticle.
