Normally, P220 (.45ACP) uses a Sig #6 front and #8 rear). The P226 (9mm) uses #8/#8. Is this the equivalent of 6/8 or 8/8?

Are these tall enough for use with a standard suppressor?

There is no such thing as a standard suppressor. But this is not tall enough for most suppressors.

What will be the impact zero if I use these on my p229 40?

These are designed to be Point of Impact on a P226 and 6 O'clock hold on a P220 due to the larger caliber. It should theoretically be 6 O'clock hold for the shorter barrel of the P229 with the larger .40 cal.
