Do you think it's possible to modify this to work on a black aces tactical series pro S the semi auto shockwave?

This is meant specifically for the Versa Max and we cannot confirm whether it will be compatible with a Black Aces shotgun. Any modification done would need to be done by a qualified gunsmith/armorer and even then we cannot guarantee that it will work at all as the manufacturer themselves only states that it will work with a Versa Max and nothing else.

Could this be modified to fit a Remington 1100 Tactical?

This is specifically meant for the Versa Max and compatibility with the 1100 cannot be confirmed. Modifying the forend to fit your application would be up to you to verify as we can only recommend what the manufacturer recommends.
