Midwest makes one specifically for yugo pattern rifles (Zastava ).

I just received mine from mid west and went to go put it on my ZPAP M70 and the rail will not slide all the way forward because of a mechanical stop built into the scope rail, you would need to have a gun smith trim the side mount of the rifle to get it to work

No, but Midwest Industries makes a slightly different version of this mount that will fit the Yugo models like the ZPAPs, NPAPs, and OPAPs.

id hazard and say no. the yugo pattern rifles are a little different on everything so normal AKM furniture and optic mounts wont fit. most companies that make quality stuff will also make yugo pattern stuff, including midwest industries. finding any in stock after 2020 however............
