Can this handle the 350 legend? I know some 9mm muzzle devices say 9mm only.

Midwest Industries does not state if it can be used with a 350 Legend or not. I recommend using the Muzzle Brake at the link below.

Will this muzzle brake fit on the 9mm Ruger PC takedown carbine.....?

The Ruger PC has a 1/2x28 thread pitch, so, yes it will fit.
