Is this compatible with a PSA PA10 Gen3? I am seeing different answers of what is compatible, the Tang on my upper is .19. Ive seen different answers

PSA states that the only AR10 parts that can be guaranteed as compatible with the PSA PA10 rifles are the PSA parts. PSA does not specifically state what pattern there PSA PA10 rifles are whether that is DPMS high or low. Most of the information I could find suggests PSA uses a proprietary profile that is not a direct match to the DPMS profiles. I recommend contacting PSA to confirm compatibility.

Will i need to replace the gas block? I have a mp-15 tactical ar-15

This Midwest Industries DPMS 308 Low Combat Rail M-LOK Handguard will not work with a Smith and Wesson M&P15 since it is for DPMS AR10's. The handguard at the link below will work with an M&P15 and you will not need to change the gas block if you already have a low profile gas block.

Will this fit a S&W M&P AR-10 and do I need to replace the gas block to make it fit?

you need to replace the gas block if you do not have a low profile gas block. Smith and Wesson guns can have different height tangs. we make handguards in .150 and .210 height pick the height that is closest to your receiver height

Will this fit properly on an Aero M5 Upper?

the aero precision M5 upper has a high tang .210 this one says .150 tang so it won't match up with your rail it would be higher then upper..so long as you don't mind that it will fit. look for Dpms compatible with high tang .210 then you got it..
