Will this fit a 1977 marlin 336. 35cal. Est 1870??

The Midwest Industries Marlin 1895 Handguard might work with a 1977 Marlin 336 if it has a handguard cap and not a barrel band. I recommend contacting Midwest Industries to confirm compatibility.

This Midwest Industries Marlin 1895 Handguard is designed to fit Marlin 1895 and 1894 models. It will not fit a Marlin 30AS.

no that will fit a marlin not a henry. i would link the optics planet link but i cannot find the correct on on their sight. this handguard will work https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/MI-HENMR45-70-p/mi-henmr45-70.htm if you have the version with the endcap.

Fits on these known models with a forward handguard cap:
Marlin 1895 (excluding the CB model)
Marlin 1894 (excluding the CB model)
Marlin 336
***These will not fit rifle equipped with a forward barrel band unless you purchase the MI-MAR336A***
*Not compatible with the XS Lever Scout Mount*

While Midwest Industries states that this handguard will not work with the XS Scout Mount, it is pictured with the mount even on their website.
