will this 7" hand guard fit on an aero precision stripped upper ??? Thx

It will fit the Aero M4 upper receiver, but it will not fit an M4E1 upper receiver as it requires a proprietary Aero barrel nut.

As long as the upper receiver has the same dimensions as a standard AR-15 upper receiver, it should work just fine.
