I have the Armalite AR10/DEF10 with a railed gas block, will this still fit or does the rifle have to have an A sight?

As long as you have a carbine length gas system and have the factory delta ring/barrel nut assembly this will fir your Armalite AR-10. This is a drop in handguard meant to fit behind the gas block on an AR-10 with a carbine length gas system.

No, this is for Armalite AR-10 pattern rifles. The M&P10 follows the DPMS low profile pattern.

No, this is for a carbine length gas system. It will not work for a mid-length gas system rifle.
