No, the Midwest Industries QD Ring Mount includes one 30mm ring designed to mount the Aimpoint Pro, ML2, ML3 and clones.

yes. the MI-QD68 is 1/3 and the MI-QD68-CO is the co-witness version.

Is this a 1/3 co witness mount and/or how does the height compare to the mount that comes with the aim point pro?

This is a lower 1/3rd co-witness height mount. It's slightly higher than the mount that comes with the Aimpoint Pro with the spacer installed, as that factory setup puts the Pro at absolute co-witness height.
