The Midwest Industries SP Series AR-15 M-LOK Handguard might work with the Cry Havocs QRB Barrel Plat Adapter. From what information I could find the QRB Barrel Plat Adapter is compatible with free float handguards with a width of 2.0". The outside diameter of the Midwest Industries SP Series AR-15 M-LOK Handguard is 2.0" so it should work but I recommend contacting Cry Havoc to confirm compatibility.

The handguard will NOT fit Cry Havoc's QRB barrel plate adapter "as is" and requires that all anti-rotation fins/tabs be removed (e.g., filed, ground, cut) from the rear of the handguard in order for it to fit flush against the QRB barrel plate adapter. I validated this personally by purchasing the handguard directly from the MWI (at a significantly higher price than on OP) because I needed it ASAP so I could continue my build.
