Case should have 12 meals. How long it would last for one person depends on how many you eat. Since each MRE is roughly 1300 calories, and depending on how active you are it can last you between 6-12 days. The 2020 inspection means you need to inspect the case and meal pouches for any damage. Other than that, they should last you a while as long as you store them in a cool and dry space. The menu options are listed In the product description.
