Yes. The Mission First M4 Carbine 4 Side Rail Mount handguard will fit your Sport II if you have a fixed front sight/railed gas block with a delta ring and handguard cap.

The Mission First M4 Carbine 4 Side Rail Mount handguard uses four pictatinny/1913 rails on each side. You will be able to fit any grip or attachment that mounts via picatinny.

Will this fit a Ruger AR .556 with the threaded Delta ring? I have been looking for a drop in quadrail that will fit without having to modify my rifle

This Mission First M4 Carbine 4 Side Rail Mount handguard will fit any rifle that uses a delta ring and handguard cap. This shouldn't have any issues fitting to your Ruger.

Yes. As long as your rifle uses a carbine length gas system with a delta ring and handguard cap it will fit and function without issue.

It is constructed of DuPont Military Plastics Division polymer material, which disperses heat and eliminates the need for a heat guard.
