Will this fit a Taurus G3 (Not the G3C) with a Leupold Deltapro optic mounted on it?

The Mission First Tactical OWB Holster might fit a Taurus G3 but since it is not listed as a compatible model fitment cannot be guaranteed. I recommend using the holster at the link below.

Will this holster hold a S&W Shield 9mm with a Crimson Trace?

This will not be able to holster your firearm with a crimson trace on it.

Yes it should fit, as the retention is around the trigger guard which is the same as the full size model.
