No, you would need AC3C, this only holds the milspec metal cans.

Recently I purchased the MTM 3-Can Ammo Crate .50 Caliber AC3C. I Loved it. Seeing as I had over half a dozen loose AC50C ammo cans previously purchased I set out to find the tray separate, to use with my loose cans. I test fit my cans in the AC3C tray and they fit!! Hooray!!
Then I found the MTM Ammo Can Tray for Metal Cans 50 Cal., Dark Earth, MAC50 at Optics Planet. Pro reviews said the AC50C cans would fit. Well, being cautious I only ordered one to make sure. Well, the short of it is they don't fit. Slightly too large to slide all the way in. Tried both my loose cans and the cans from the AC3C set. Sent an email to MTM to see if they have any info.

I ordered the MAC 50 and my previously purchased MTM 50 cal cans, item AC50C do not fit.
