How well will this work with a DPMS oracle 556?

This is designed for use on AR-15 rifles, so it should work fine on your DPMS Oracle 5.56 rifle.

Does the laser have a manual switch as well as a pressure switch?

"Yes, it has a standard tail cap and a remote pressure switch. It does not have a “click” on and off switch."
