I don't understand this product. Does it light up in front of the scope so you can see like night vision

The lights in front illuminate so you would be able to use the optic during night hours or dark conditions. Here is a link to an overview of the optic that the manufacturer made, this may help clarify as well:

will scope mount on Savage Axis 30-06 rifle

As long as it has a picatinny rail it will mount on it. If it does not it will not mount on there.

in the description pictures it shows a green reticle.however her the words say "Blue or Red" can anyone clarify what colors the reticle illuminates. ?

Illuminated Reticle Color (Blue or Red) and the LED NAV Lights (White & Red).

Since this has a red led in front... is this scope considered an infrared... or night scope on a small level.. thx

No, this does not have an infrared beam and will not work as a night vision scope.
